Service-Based Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered if services were not delivered as promised.

  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Partial refunds may be issued based on the stage of service delivery.

Product-Based Refunds

  • Hardware/accessories may be eligible for a refund or replacement if defective.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging.

Non-Refundable

  • Customized solutions, software licenses, and digital products are non-refundable.
